I just went to a local junkyard yesterday and found a ton of 5th and 6th gen celicas, but none of them had any wings. So I was looking around and found an integra with a wing that was decent looking. When I got home, only three of the screw holes matched up but with a little work I got it on and it even has a tail light in it that I got working fairly easily. I'm hoping to get pics up soon because it looks bad ass! It is to wide for my hatch but I love it because it curves down at the sides of the car and follows the lines on my GT-S fenders perfectly. I should have pics up soon. Oh and on a side not, gutter mesh doesn't make to bad of abacking of the front bumper slots.

Definitely a bit too wide.

The 7th gen wing does work well, my buddy has one on the back of his 5th GT, perfect fit.

An don't worry about the BS 'car seen better days' yadda yadda.. man, just wait till they see all the cracking in my riced bodykit at the Dragon!! I'll be catching hell for it, but hey, you gotta start somewhere!! Body looks straight enough to me!

I'm not done with it just yet. I'm going to paint and position the mesh better when it gets warmer out. I am also going to get a paint job done on it. I had just got this car about 2 weeks ago if that and haven't had time to work on it just yet.

Ya know, for a trade for an 87 dodge dakota, I don't think I came out to bad. The engine and everything works good and so does the tranny. The only real problem I'm having right now is the power steering is making funny noises. Just out of curiousity, where is the dragon run?

Lose the spoiler, and snatch up a 7th Gen one my dude.

As for the mesh, just try something different

As for the "Your cars seen better days" comment, eh, ignore it.

Lose the spoiler, and the mesh, and hit the drawing board again, car looks fine dude.

Keep at it

I'm just working on some different thing to help make it look a little better than stock. I'm going to stick with the wing until I find one that I can afford. As for the mesh, I'm going to do some work with it to help make it look a bit nicer.

Has anyone got any ideas for modifications to help make it look nicer?

Oh and as for the negative comments, they don't really bother me because I have been dogged down all my life for just about everything. That and it is a work in progress, on a limited budget at that.

Hey man on the mesh. Look for mesh at pepboys paint it black the mesh I bought was thinner. Now about the spoiler the car looks good with out one. If you like it that is your thing keep looking for a celica spoiler or learn how to work fiberglass to make one that will fit.

I saw three last time I was at the junkyard by me. I just liked the Integra spoiler better because it was black. And I didn't even go through the entire yard because it's huge!

I needed something to cover the holes. I'm going to go back and get a three piece when I get the dough though. They are only $25 bucks.

I know it's not the GTS wing everyone means, but it's still a 7th gen spoiler on a 5th gen.

Nice touch is that you can see the third brake light in the rear window; the spoiler looks like it belongs rather than being an afterthought.

Props for trying to be different, I actually kindof like that spoiler, maybe it it could be placed a bit farther back on the hatch it might flow a little better, As for the mesh, It looks like it is rotated 90 degrees, and it is really thick mesh.

Your car has potential, If you build it up how you like it, that is what matters just have fun with it. :bigthumbu
