I have a 91 Gts and want to replace the muffler. I like the magnaflow 14816 and 14815, any idea on which would fit best? I am also open to suggestions on any others that may fit as close to stock as possible. Thanks

I can't say from experience how the muffler will sound, or which will fit better. If the inlet is too large, a muffler shop can weld an adaptor on. A lot of people like Magnaflow, I have no experience with them. I prefer single outlet canister style mufflers. I personally love RActive. I have one on my All Trac and my GT, and I had different RActives on my two old GTs, and they have all sounded great. They're not quite stock fitting, I think the RActives are a little longer, and a lot rounder.
One piece of advice, stay away from Pacesetter. I recently started this thread about my Monza muffler, and if you click on the first link, you can hear how bad it sounds. Scroll down and you can hear the RActive also.
I have an intake, header, Pacesetter piping, resonator and RActive muffler on the car.

X2. Great mufflers.

Someone here has to know the damn stock pipe size of a fifth gen, though. Anyone? I wanna say 1.5", but it may even be 1.75". I'm not certain.

I have a Flowmaster 40 series... 2.5" in and 2.5" out, little larger than it should be, but it sounds nice.

Just check the dimensions of the muffler against the factory one, but you should have plenty of room.
