So i need a new radiator on my 90 st and im looking around the interwebs for prices. The first place I check is 1sttoyotaparts.com and its showing $400 https://www.1sttoyotaparts.com/partscat.html

But then I go to my good friend google and it shows that the average price is around 150 http://www.google.com/products?q=1990+celica+st+radiator&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&resnum=1&ct=title

now are all these other radiators too good to be true or is 1st toyota just overpriced on these.

1sttoyotaparts is run by a dealership. They sell all Toyota OEM parts. Their prices are generally better than most dealerships, but it's still going to be higher than aftermarket.

Personally, there are some things I will only get from Toyota regardless of cost, such as electrical components. For a radiator, aftermarket is fine.
