Do you read? the car has 69k (sixty-nine thousand miles)...and the person wants 9.5k (nine-thousand five-hundred dollars, u.s. funds).
:) /rant

With the exception of the scuff on the fender, very nice car.

Unmolested. Less than half the miles of a DD Celica of the same year.

I'd fix the paint but not do anything else to the car. Leave it as is! Drive it rarely. Treat it like a collector car.

I definitely wouldn't pay $9500 for that car. I'd say it's worth about maybe $5k considering it's a 1991.
