Wow, I didn't expect that to be so easy -- I don't know why it took me so long! I installed Tein S-Tech's, a ~1 1/2" drop... not that bad with the Toyota Service Manual at my side. The front springs were cake, nothing to it. The rears were a bit more tricky (had to nearly remove the lower control arm) -- once that was done it was very easy. Reinstalled everything, took a shower and took her out for a test drive... what an amazing difference! Much tighter, not bouncy at all and it just hugs the road. I give it a :bigthumbu . I have an appointment tomorrow to have an alignment done.

The only damage I did was to my thumb... I smashed it and now I have a nasty blood blister. Should I pop it?

Here are some pictures I took in the Wal-Mart parking lot a few minutes ago... I will get some better pictures tomorrow when the sun is out.

The pictures are kind of deceiving as the shadow from the lip of the fender makes it look like there is more wheel gap than there is... Its about two fingers worth? And my HID's aren't nearly that blue... they are 5,300k. WGAF.

Looks really good man!

As for the blood blister, I always just take a safety pin or needle and poke a hole in it, get the blood out, and put some ointment on it, and put a band-aid on.

My girlfriend was a dental hygeine major (who has since switched to nursing).

Role play is fun in the medical field. :)

I like the car though.

Get some spacers for the back at least.

But I <3 my GT-S badge because it makes me feel "cooler"

Actually, when I had my 2nd gen Eclipse I rebadged it as a GS-T when it was actually an RS... It was back in my ricer days though.

Looks good. Shouldn't you wait a bit longer for the springs to settle before getting an alignment?

I'm going to have to wait anyway -- I am very sick today. :(
