so my alltrac isn't tuned yet so i'm running stock ecu. when ever i turn up the boost to 13 psi on a 57 trim turbo the ecu pulls timing on my. i turned up my fuel pressure so i'd run rich just to be safe. my afr goes as low as 9. would it be pulling timing on me couse to low afr or knocks. would i really be gettin knocks at only 13 psi.

Are you sure you need to up the fuel pressure? 9 is pretty darn rich. I had a 60-1 run great at 1bar on stock fuel, and though I couldn't monitor timing or AFR directly, I was monitoring EGTs which were fine and it didn't get any hiccups in teh power band as far as I can recall. This may have been running the injectors at a high duty cycle but didn't seem to knock or pull timing.

afr is too low but i'd rather run rich for now till i get it tuned.
after running high boost for a bit it cuts me off and i dont know why.

Are you having to shut down and restart to be able to boost again?

no. it boosts easly again w/o shut down.

stock usdm wire harness and ecu.

t3/t4 57 trim turbo
fmi
13lb of boost at max.
base fuel pressure 46psi
afr under boost 9.5 to 11
afr at no boost 14.6

So it boosts to 13 fine every time but you are feeling a loss of power or is it not boosting to 13 every time? I'm not sure I'm fully understanding the symptoms and what indication you have of timing being pulled.

it boosts to 13 fine with out any issues but once in a while i'll hit the gas pedall and my afr goes pass 20 and there is no acceleration. it feels like when my knock sensor was disconected and it cut fuel after 3k rpm. except now it boosts again with out shuting it down. i do have a boost cut controller so it shouldn't be over boosting to the ecu

Possibly piston rattle the knock sensor picks up as detonation.
