well my hatch squeaks like crazy when i drive and drives me crazy. i think its the little black rubber things toward the rear of the hatch. ill take pics when i have time. can i change those or what? any other suggestions?

I have this same problem, whenever I go over a bump of some sort it squeeks big time. No idea what the problem is though. :(

are you sure its your hatch, it could be your rear sway bar bushings squeaking, they tend to do that.

its the hatch. i put some paper towels in between the hatch and the rest of the car and that stopped it for a while

ive got the exact same problem. it seems as thought its the little rubber bushing type things that the the hatch arm rests on. i dunno tho keep this thread going

Those things tend to squeak. My parents have a new (well, 2004) Bravada that has those on the hood, and they squeak all the time when you're driving.

I would suggest attaching those little felt pads that you put on the bottom of chair legs on the car (not on the ruber things).
