I got my fuel rail bored to 8mm by KOracing and i just want to know what is the name of the screw; where they blocked after they drilled in the through the side of the rail, see picture below so see what i mean there in the red squares below.

It's a set screw

It's a plug or a set screw by function. If you're asking what kind of driver head is used, it's an Allen or Hex.

Why are you going ot buy them online? You can pick them up at Lowes or Homedepot and most auto parts shops. I jave a bunch of differant ones sitting about 10 feet from me. What size you need? Pay shipping and their yours...

you got some in 1/8NTP27?

i live in Melbourne Australia, it's a type of screw I've never seen before, so i don't think we have em here.?
