quick question, are there modifications needed to be done for these to fit? or is it just as simple as replacing what i have on there now with these? ( besides the fact that i have the compress the springs )

Real simple, the parts go together just like the originals with no modification at all. You probably should look at the strut bearings and the rear swaybar connecting links while you have it all apart. But yeah, very simple.

They aren't thet bad, just go with rims smaller than 17" that is what makes it so rough.

Buying completely new strut mounts, while expensive, will make that better as well. Most people neglect that on all applications, OEM replacement or upgrades.

someone else is selling the exact set up.
but i heard that KYB gr-2 is actually OEM replacement not really good for drop, and this votgland coils are 1.4 inch dropped, so it might not be a good idea.
i was almost gonna buy this set but then i decided to hang on. =)

KYB GR-2 are replacements for stock and not performance struts/shocks, but they carry a lifetime warrenty (from authorised retailers which are unlikely to be on Ebay) that's good even if you lower your car as much as 1.5".

KYB's are OEM replacements but they work fine dropped with good springs. I would recommend H and R's it's worth the extra money TRUST ME.

how are vogtland springs anyway? i 've never heard of it before.
also there are some kyb mounts on ebay for 100ish bux, some cheaper ones for half of that price. Any suggestion? and by the way what else should be replaced on the suspension?
