i was on alltrac.net the other day and someone posted a link to a scooby that did this so i thought i try it on a celica...

this is what it is made of it the traditional garage door seal, im sure everone has seen it before but what i did was cut the strip in half and double side tape it togather. right now its held on to the bumper with the same indoor/outdorr tape, will put screws in this weekend but its held up good so far with just the tape(about a week of driving).

looks good, how hard was it to mount it to the bumper? how long did it take?

Not hard at all I used little squares of the tape every 6-8 inches and it took about 2 hours. Of fussing. With it to get it where I wanted it
