When I started the project I got a 185 front clip from a (@#%$) Jap importer
(I drove 300 miles in my dads tired RN40 12R Hilux to pick it up) When I got it home I took the intake off the turbo @#$& seized impeller so I took the sump off MMMM full of bearing metal. I had been Owned by these people, Cause on the back of the docket I signed was a big fat waiver.
Anyway a year later and a full rebuild And a brand new CT26 I got cheap from a dealer that had one as damaged stock (been dropped) But only a ding the box, I was back in action,
Last weekend I slotted the motor I dont know if Im asking for trouble But I fitted The full wire loom from the cut int to the 184 climate control, Tilt steering the whole lot everything seems to work ok so far, Anyhow the Next task Is I want to give the alltrack gear box convert with the MR2 LSD centre a go.
