well i found a set of wheels at the bodyshop i used to work at from a 280z. they fit the corolla very nicely (14x6 -10) and are light (13.3 lbs) so i wanted another set to auto-x on since azienis are $60 a tire for 195-60-14. i finally found some in a junkyard and they were all still on the car becuase they had wheel locks on them. so i went back the next weekend with a wheel lock remover and my cordless impact and picked up a perfect set of wheels for $50. then i cleaned them up and painted them so they would be different than my DD wheels.

pic of my dd wheels. this is the stock form. the ones i picked up were dirty.

this is after a little cleaning and some paint

yeah those look great! As I said in the geo thread, I looked online at a local yard with a computerized inventory, and they only want $50 for a tranny and $30 for a hood, $12 for a corner lamp and other stuff real cheap. Needless to say, Im pretty happy haha

i picked up a set of the baby supras today for $80 from the crusher. i went there to get the whole car for andy for like $200 in running condition with no body damage and a tiny bit of rust and a clean title. but they had crushed it allready 2 weeks earlier. all they had left were the wheels with the center caps. they need cleaned up but they are 14x7 -8. now i dont know what i wanna run my azenis on.
