With a Tacoma X-Runner... and it was, amazingly, HUGELY fun.

Nothing like blasting peoples times with a pickup truck.

I'll have some media up here soon.

You already have events over there? I don't have any till May. So how did the truck handle?

The X was pretty awesome, just wish the LSD worked better, just wheelspin all the time at high speed corners that it should have just grunted through.

And oh yeah, our first autoX was in January. :) It's a little mini season we call the "Slush" series.

haha thats great. i have yet to see a pickup run an autox course. if i see one this year ill def ask for a ride. wow you have autoxs in jan? my first one isnt until next month :(

Our auto-X season started in February. Good Times :D

Yeah man the cold is a big equalizer when it comes to dual drivers and race tires. Hard to get tires up to temp when the air temp is like 35 and ground temp is like 33.

Our first race (which I didn't make it to) was in "slush". It snowed the day before and melted throughout the day. I didn't make it cause I couldn't make it all the way to site in the snow...

we started in january and just finished our 3rd event last weekend. we run through october. (OctoberFast this year)

i placed 3rd of 13 in sts. got beat by a mazda 3 and a 240sx.

Yeah I'm probably going to run in Tire w/ a FSP pax index. At least to start. I don't have enough mons right now for full race rubber.

245/45R16 Ventus RS2s will have to do for now.

Im also running the rs2s (only 215/45/16 on my 2k gts wheels) but I have nothing to compare them to. Plus the few times I went autox last year they were basically full tread. I only have a few thousand miles on them, so maybe they will be a bit better the next time around. So far I have no complaints though, esp for the price.

im running 205/50/15 azenis on cressida wheels. they are really too heavy but the tires are dirt cheap at 72 bucks a tire. i got the wheels free so the price was right. if i ever find a cheap and lighter set of 15x7 with a 0 offset ill prolly get them to run on. my dailys are 280z wheels that looks really sexy on the rolla.

Damn i REALLY want to drive an X-Runner S/C. They look badass, i've only seen one of them.
