assuming that what it says is the only reason why its not running, how hard would it be to fix?

could be anythign really... from ecu to leaky injectors who knows? Take a look it and see whats wrong with it... its hard to diagnose without looking at it. But I dont think its worth over 1k

I'd get it if it was a rust free shell.

It's screaming for a MK1.5 setup.

Or a Snaab 2.3 turbo.

yeah buddy of mine just bought an MR2 about the same year and he loves the thing, its silver and looks like its going to hit 80 and disappear into a different time lol but its cool he paid 1700 for it but its running and has some nice rims on it and such, ill run and take a look at it and maybe ill just find something that will be easy

never really know what youll find. i had a jeep for a short while that the guy didnt know why it wouldnt turn over or anything but i jumped in and noticed even when i turned the key nothing had power so i paid him 300 for it and went and bought a new battery turned around and sold it for 1500 lol

Only if you have time and money to fool around on it, though. Check for rust and bubbly paint.

This is a perfect candidate for a turbo 4age / 4agze.
