Can some one tell me the direction flow also how i i check to see if its plugged!. And i think its in the wrong place... can some one tel;l me were and should be! In the 2nd pic thats how i found it

Juding by it, I have no clue :) If you wanna check to see if it's plugged (if it's a fuel filter or something), blow in each end. Typically (if it's a filter) it should be a 1 way and not allow air thru 1 direction, but thru the other way.

I haven't had a 3sge (yet... t-15 days), so I have no clue where it is supposed to go.

you can rip it out or plug it or whatever....it has to do with emissions and doesn't affect runabaility at all. You really should get a heat shield for that exhaust manifold as well....after time the extra heat will wreck your alternator and starter

That is your vacuum limiter. I went through the same crap as you trying to find out what the hell this does. I will examine mine to check which way it is supposed to go.

That valve is there so when you are accelerating and suddenly let off the gas, a lot of vacuum is created all of a sudden in your engine. That vacuum forces open that valve, letting some air in from the intake.

Oh, and it plugs in exactly where you show. One under the CSI, one in the intake hose
