If there is room for constructive criticism concerning that car, its the added weight of the engine and transmission. I wonder how it handles now - at the limit. :sneak:

i would love an old one like that, cant go wrong with the muscle car look and the reliability of a toyota :)

actually to be honest it handles just as good as the 20r i had in it.it corners excellent i do have a complete suspension techniques setup on here with springs polyurathane bushings 1 1/4 front sway bar and 1 inch rear with tokiko adjustables all the way around i had the car up to 185 and the car is solid no float what so ever which is just wierd i did put wider tires in the front and back for better traction and yes it is an excellent straightline monster with high 11s to low 12s :bigthumbu

that car is damn sharp, if I were to get one which I'm hopin, I wouldnt mind doing it to that effect. Very nice work

Yeah thats dank.

The early first gens are shorter (like mine).

Best option in that case is the 1UZFE if you want an extreme swap.

Wouldn't be far off from the look with a V8 under the hood.
