Well a long time ago i posted looking at cars and what stuff. being i had to get rid of my 92 Celica. so after that i got a civic :thumbsdow lol it was ok but i missed my celica. Then i got rid of it and got me a 1989 240sx Coupe, yea i love the car even if its damaged and all. but you know what after all this time i still miss my celica. that car would handle like no other, my 240 has 2" drop and the celica i think would hang the curves better. even if the power sucked in the ST i was a fun little car that had that rally look.

So heres my new car:

its rough but i like it.

mods:
Front Strut Tower bar
Rear Strut Tower bar
2" Drop zone lower springs
KYB GR2 shocks & struts
SE seats
ICW 17" wheels

NOTE: CURRENT PICS ARE WITH OUT THE LOWERING SPRINGS

However reading the Iwanna online looking for a rallycross car iv came across a 1990 Celica ST with a 1993 engine, 5 speed, looks and runs good (havnt seen it yet) and its like $800 :bigthumbu

so im going to see about trading them an Xbox360 with some stuff ($1100 Value) for it if not try and sale it so then i can buy it.

So all in all I miss my celica :( and im trying to grab another one.

I'd say that 240 is pretty good lookin, but pictures and real life tell different stories. Personally, if I know I'm going to miss a car, I wont get rid of it, and that includes the 3 I have right now

i like it, and it doesnt look rough. For an 89 its in very good shape!! Ive always wanted to get a 240 also and do a sr20 swap. They're great cars even if not modified. Front engine, rear wheel drive cars are fun to drive. Have fun with it!!

tommrow ill get pics of the rear bumper area.

but the bad on it:
cracked windshield
cracked and leaking sunroof
Clutch
bad dents and chips of paint on driver side
the rear is damaged bad

but yea no doubt its a fun car. also i really didnt have a choice of keeping it. Rust is unforgiving... but i would love to pick up another.

I always liked the look of the 240 Coupe versus the lift back.

BTW, those wheels look sweet.

cool s13 coupe..... looks pretty clean... there so hard not to find without rust, leaking gas tanks and ruuuuuusssssttt!

Such awesome cars with an sr , suspension and a good diff.. it makes it for a perfect power to weight ratio car.

the damaged doesnt look bad at all, deffinately worth the fix imo. the rust doesnt look too bad either, nothing a couple minutes of sanding wont fix. With a new bumper and replacing/pulling out that panel between the trunk and bumper, it should be fixed within a couple hundred bucks, if you just paint them, the rest of the car looks good enough that I wouldnt worry about the chips for now

haha yeah I knew that was the new bumper, and knowing that you are going to fix it is what matters, thats the thing with my celica, it looked like complete crap, and so far what I've done makes it look gorgeous in comparison. I have a thread posted in general forums if you want to see what it looked like when I first got it, a couple changes here and there went a long way

lol no I didnt think you was, I just thought you was makin sure I was aware of it haha is that panel just an individual peice or is it connected to the rest of the body? Because if its an individual peice you should be able to run to a junk yard and get one
