View Full Version : will 90-93 gt/gts exhaust fit an ST?

i have a 90 st and i need exhaust but i cant figure out if i can use gt/gts exhaust. i know the manifold wont fit but as far as the cat back will it fit? or does it need to be modified? jus curious if not can anybody point me in the right direction?

The exhaust pathing might be the same or similar. Yes, it is the same chassis. It would at the least give you most of the proper lengths to fabricate one. The size of the pipe might not be ideal for a 4AFE. Stock the 4AFE has piping of less than 2".

Almost any decent muffler shop can fab up a decent full exhaust.

Just don't buy a junkyard exhaust. I'm sure you weren't planning on that, but just in case--you would be wasting your money.

Summit sells kits with enough pieces to fabricate an exhaust for under $100.

I had a garage fabricate my whole exhaust for about $60, but I had to pay for my own muffler/resonator. Now it might be around $100-200 or so for somebody who doesnt have connections.

got my pacesetter cat back for 200 and some channge, bolted right up and installed in 10 mins. sounds sick, too.
