I always thought the 1rst Gen Celica looked like a 1rst Gen F-Body. That might be what led me to them.

20r had a blistering 96hp and 120tq.

Some 18rg's had 140hp though (nudge nudge ;) ).

WOW !!!! NICE !!!! Dag, that's in beautiful condition......... brings back memories of my old '75 ST I dorve in the '70's (was my dads's  )and owned through the '80's. Was kind of wierd, in that it had a black vinyl top.....don't see many Japanese cars with crappy vinyl tops...LOL. I like the shape of the hood on the mid 70's models when they "bulged" the top of it (and bumped the engine to 2.2l :) )

The 18RC had about 95 HP.

My 1972 isn't in that good of shape...and I thought I found a good one.

Someone did a top notch job restoring that sucker.

Hopefully mine will be that nice by next summer.
