I just got a 1992 GT that I am restoring/rebuilding. Almost ready to paint now. I have some 1.8" lowering springs, cold air intake, 3" inlet Greddy exhaust that I will just add 3" piping from manifold back (hope I still have enough back pressure). Anyway I build cars for a living and my first car was a 91 GTS so I have always wanted to build another one! I am painting it VW Jazz Blue and putting white 17" ADR DV-8's. I think I will need spacers for the rear to get it flush. I also purchased a Brembro and Wildwood brake kit for it, but I don't know if I can finagle that big bish on there! Should have paint in two weeks. All the lights and whatnot are jammed in garage on top of my kayak so every time I want to go kayaking I will work on that damn car. I am filling every hole on it (antenna, side moldings, rear wiper, wiper sprayers on hood and roof). Interior is stripped now minus front seats but I think I will put it back as factory as possible. Just wanted to say hello and post some pictures so you guys can see the build up as it moves along. Very informative site yous guys have here.

Thanks for the welcome gang. Well it has a 2.2 out of a Camry in it as of right now. I bought some Weisco Pistons and a short Ram and Cold Air intake for it. I am thinking that the short ram may be better because it still has the vent under the drivers side light. Last thing I need to do is hydro lock this thing because of the cold air intake. I got a adjustable flywheel and a new cam for it, I am going to try to squeeze the headers without the cat on there Friday, I think I have room, plus the 3" exhaust change. That will be about all for now. I plan on putting a 3SGTE but I am concerned on how hard it would be to do without AWD. I don't know if you can just drop the U off the back or what. So I will be asking a ton of questions in a couple or three months.
