I can't hear the music from outside my car because the rattling coming from the boot is too loud and it drowns out the bass. It sounds great from inside but how are you meant to show off the system when people outside the car can't hear it. I'm pretty sure its the spoiler but i've tried tightening the screws on the side but their not loose. Any suggestions on what i can do to minimise the rattle would be appreciated.

Thanx

I also wrapped a bit of tape around the trunk latch. Hockey tape worked best for me, the cloth type, not friction. That stuff stopped alot of rattle in my car..Give that a shot, not to much, and after a while it wears down and ya gotta re do it, but worth it I thought

What type of spoiler do you have? You can use rubber washers to cushion it. they compress to limit sight and make a tighter fit.

10mm open closed end wrench and a little bit of time.

for those of you with a hatch, feel your 3rd brake light inside the glass when your bass hits, i found this was my problem, put a little spray foam stuff in there and it stopped. Other than that, check your license plate and everything...
