ok first of i am swapping a 2 gen 3sgte into a st162.

now for a a tranny i might be using the 5th gen or the 4th gen tranny..in terms of a clutch setup i need the 3sgte pressureplate and the 5th gen or 4th gen clutch right?? if i want a lightened flywheel which one would i get?

for exhaust what exhaust would i use? do i need to get one custom made or can i buy one?

correct on the clutch
flywheel = waste of $$ unless your going full race motor
exhaust should be custom

Lightweight flywheels aren't just for race engines. Lots of guys here run them.

Fidanza makes nice aluminum ones. JUN makes a steel one that is nice. There are others too...
