Hello everyone. I found this forum on the Celica wikipedia article. I recently bought an 89 Celica ST.

I'm a motorcycle mechanic so I'm gonna pick your brains a bit about the car specific stuff and try to offer up anything I can help with.

Here is the '75 Celica GT I built. I built Toyota pickup rat rod and used the 22RE from it in this Celica, since a friend of mine had it with a blown motor (20R I believe). The 22RE had 593,000 miles on it without a rebuild when I dropped it in the Celica and now it's got about 612,000.

I sold this car a couple years ago but thought you all might appreciate it :)

welcome to celicatech. from personaly experience this forum has helped me out with a lot of questions and problems with my car. ive also learned a lot from reading threads that intrest me. this forum is basicly awesome

Welcome to c-tech. It's a shame you sold the GT looks like a fun ride. I hope you enjoy your ST, theres a welth of information here and a handfull of really good guys who have been teaching me for the past 2 years. lol

Welcome to Ctech. Hunt around and see what you can find about any issues you have. If you're having problems with that just let us know and we'll be more than happy to help you out.
