I'm trying to get some info on pulling the transmission out of the celica. Its a 1993 toyota celica ST AUTO. I searched for forums but i didnt come up with anything useful. Do you have to pull the engine with the transmission in order to replace it? Which mounts do you have to take off. Are there any tricks, or things i should look out for?

The transmission is fine right now, but it was slipping a couple days during the winter. So it might need replaced in the next year, or it might just be fine.

If anyone can give a complete walkthru on taking the transmission out that would kick ass. The haynes manual isnt really helpful lol.
