I actually was conemplating this same thing; It's a picture of a real RC Celca, but with bronze TC Rims. Looks pretty awesome if you ask me;

FYI. If you do get the Scion TC 17" OEM wheels....

Go to your local dealer and order a set of 2nd generation Prius center caps #42603-52030 $13.55 EACH. They fit perfect! My buddy Roger scored a set of TC 17's and put the pruis caps on his Matrix. Looked really good until he bought some fancy 18's and put the TC wheels on his wifes Corolla S. They should be OK for the Celica even though they are not really the correct offset.

Good luck and keep the ST185 cherry :D

They will fit just fine on your Celica and require no modification. It will make the car sit up higher unless you have springs. Ask Slider about them for more information.

And by the way, the bronze rims on that Celica are NOT Tc rims. They also are photoshopped.

No way, it could have 4wheel steering! :hehe:

I wouldn't count on it.

They fit. Many folks have put them on thier ST184s.

Thanks guys, ill post some pictures when i get them. Gooood luuuuuuuuuuuucccck...TRD POWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!!!

You will need spacers in the rear, stock alltracs are 35 (38) offset and the Tc
wheels are a 45. I tried the wheels from my Tc (several years ago) and it looked
like they were right on top of the spring perch part of the strut.

Actually, the picture IS photoshopped, because I had someone do it for me on another forum.

These are the rims I got them to use;

This is the original picture of the car;

^ what is your point? I think you ment to say that rims are TC rims, and yes its a photoshop?

and could they be just scion rims? not the TC rims?

nice car, nice rims.... whats with the mirror on your front bumper though?

go me

I'd get some spacers if you want that nice flush look, especially in the rear.

01-22-2007, 05:12 AM
Mmmmm, sorry alittle OT, but slider, damn you have one of the cleanest GTs i've seen.

01-22-2007, 04:32 PM

I was just going to say, I think that every time I see it. It looks like it came right off the showroom in that picture.

you used 205/4017's or ????

04-22-2008, 05:10 PM
my opinion... i dont like the looks of tC rims... go with 7th gen GTS rims or Matrix M-Theory rims... just my taste...

04-22-2008, 05:16 PM
hahaha this is my car....as in the alltrac I currently have I bought this exact car......

but anyways heres a side view of them... they look better only on red and white 5th gens

04-22-2008, 05:30 PM

I used 215/40/17, 205/40/17 are pretty much a perfect match for the speedo, but I wanted the tires a little wider.

04-23-2008, 01:19 AM
Dammit, if only they didn't weigh so much I'd have those on my car -- exactly the kind of design I like.

04-23-2008, 02:13 AM
i never really liked those rims on 5th gens

04-23-2008, 02:49 AM
Slider? What spacer? Did. You use in the rear?

04-24-2008, 07:48 AM
I didn't use any, all the pictures are without spacers

04-24-2008, 07:28 PM
So they fit god enough w/o a small spacer.....6ist wndering cuz I might be picking up a full set for under 200 they are minor curbrashed accoring to the post but they are local so if their not to bad I'm gonna get em for autox

04-25-2008, 01:57 AM

The set is commonly available on Ebay or through dealers whose customers have ordered custom wheels.
