Gave my celi a bit of a push, slid around a corner at 70km/h. Was fucken fun, I controlled it back well, but now i"m scared to push it too much. Lesson learnt I guess :D

Yesterday I was driving like an old lady around corners, too scared to push it too hard :P. This shit could be very addictive if I keep doing it, and I could end up not so lucky.

Your FWD big guy, I don't think youll have a problem unless your doing 70+, have REALLY shitty tires or your intentionally overstearing everything. I hate to say it but it's not drifting if its fwd the mechanic just isnt there. It's just a fishtail.I also commend you on realising the danger in forcing your car to do things its not ment to do on open roads. It's a gift of knowledge not many know around my parts. LOTS of failed drift cars end up in our junk yards.

Oh I wasnt refering to you, only to the topic poster. The RWD celicas drifting has come up a few times. Ive never driven anything lower than a 4th gen so I have no idea how the car even handles. lol all of my drifting has been in the usual 240's and RX7's nothing too unconventional. You should take it to the track on a drift day if they have them around your way and see how you do with it if you havent allready.
