View Full Version : Rally Service Crew Needed Wild West

10-28-2006, 02:25 AM
Wild West Rally Dec 2-3.

I might be co-driving for a guy in a PGT subaru impreza.

This will be his first Prorally but he is no stranger to racing in the dirt. He currently has no service crew. We need at least 1-2 people to man the tent, help change tires etc.

Completely Voluntary.. but it's a great experience and you can meet Travis Pastrana, I'll introduce you

Any takers?

Where exactly is it going to be? I still have some PTO days to take, and i didn't want to use them for something stupid if i didn't have to. :P

It's a 12 hour drive, but I might be down for that, need to find out if work schedule will be compatible though, sounds like fun. It's pretty much a straight line drive for me ;) 693 miles straight up hwy 5 to Olympia. Unfortunately I won't know if I can get those days off until the 9th of Nov :(

I have a friend that would also help out. You can consider yourself taken care of. Give me a call Kristen.

What do you need?

10-31-2006, 02:18 AM
I just got one of those "I regret to inform you" emails. He says he doesn't have the budget. I think he does. He's just scared.

I'll knock some sense into him or co-drive for someone else.

on the other hand... as much as I want to go to WW, I'd have to get off wed-monday and that's hard to do!!!!!

10-31-2006, 04:52 AM
ya, get with someone else and make him feel hella dumb and regret what he did.

11-01-2006, 02:45 AM

Me and my buddy Ryan will be there. Going to be fun as usual.

Jamie already won her class, so she will not be racing.

I'll go, even just to watch. If you need more volunteers for pit crew then I'm down. I don't have any pit crew experience but I'm not a dummy with a wrench either.

Should we make a meet out of this. I'm sure I know a few people that would love to come and watch.

I'll be out there for another rally soon enough. Within a year i'm sure and I'm determined to go to wild west in 07.

I'm setting my sites on Sno*Drift now... It's www.sno-drift.org. Lots of 2006 info on there. I'm looking for January 2007.
