You mean this blue camaro with the cowl hood? Thats was the race where I missed 4th and hit 2nd and thought I was going to blow my engine. And I still won.

Nice times there, nice to see a flat American strip for once! Most of 'em seem to point down hill :D

I've got an old st162 stored away, would love to do a swap on it, you don't seem to have too many problems with the traction, is it much of an issue??

The only reason its level is because its an old runway turned to drag strip.

Traction is still a big problem. My best 60' was a 2.2. If either Sean or my self could get our 60's down close to 2.0 we would be in the 13's all day long. Our cars seem to be very well matched although Sean has a few more power mods than I do. The only reason I think we are so close is because of my shorter gears.

I wonder if my race tires would be an advantage or not... they're sticker than the street tires (when warm) but have about ohh... 0 tire flex.

Yeah, I do have the DP, I dont think intercooling was an issue since it was nice and cool out. Definitely pretty close though, fun stuff! I did have a passenger in virtually all of my runs but the first few. My cars still pretty heavy though with that stereo junk!

I was playing around with my boost controller, and figured out why even with if off in manual mode I was still hitting 16psi. I switched it over to automatic, and it will hold whatever PSI you input it too regardless of the ambient temp, load, or whatever. Wish I would've played around with this on the launches, I wouldnt of builded nearly as much boost with it set correctly!

I think I may be going again this weekend at Portland Raceway :)

I tell my roomate with the Civic EX all the time that people are dipping decently into the 14s on the 7th gen GT-S stock.... but he never believes me, nor does he believe me that getting into the 13s on those things is cake, and not much money invested. :wiggle:
