Sweet. Tell us about it.

It's a 1990 fully loaded AllTrac with 98k miles. The bumper has some slight damage, and the front passenger fender will need to be replaced. The bumper i could care less about, CS bumper will be on it's way shortly anyways, to fit a FMIC in before it hits the road again.

I was more than likely going to be buying this car in the spring anyways, but the owner spun a bearing a week or two ago, and i got it as a rolling chassis, with the bonus of a brand new block and crank sitting in the hatch, for a price that i just couldn't pass up for a good rolling chassis. There isn't a spot of rust on the car, and outside of that fender, there is no damage anywhere.

The front sits have split/ripped, have covers over them. The rest of the interior is immaculate. (Bride seats, maybe? :P)

So basically.... this is going to be the go-fast project, instead of the issues with swapping the GT.

Basic plans are going to include CP pistons, Pauter rods, AEM EMS, and at least a GT35R turbom maybe larger. My end goal, not sure how long it's going to take me, will depend on cash flow, obviously, will be for 500awhp. I fully expect to make over 350awhp by the end of the summer, and we'll go from there.

And stay tuned in this thread as well... i may have another development coming about in terms of daily driver status, which may end up with the GT for sale. :)

Yep... wanna help? :P :hehe: :hehe: I'm gonna be tearing the engine apart next month to see how much damage the spun bearing did... if it didn't do much, i may go ahead and fix that, and drive it through some of winter while i build the new block.
