Some of the history of the car:

E Stock National Tours/Nationals

San Diego - 2nd and 5th, 2nd ESL

San Diego - 1st and 3rd
Atwater - 1st and 3rd

Nationals - 5th and 11th

Atwater - 1st
Bremerton - 1st

Nationals - 4th and 9th

E Stock ProSolos/Finale

Fontana - 1st and 4th
Atwater - 3rd and 4th
Packwood - 1st

Fontana - 2nd and 3rd
Atwater - 1st and 2nd
Wendover - 2nd and 3rd

Pro Finale - 3rd and 5th

Wendover - 2nd

And the number of Local events won is huge... So now I've got a vehicle where I know I can win and can concentrate on the driving aspect instead of "what should I change next" and I can stop raping the celica.

Well I'll report as the season comes... 2007 I'm ready...

I'm so jealous of you. Does the hot chick come with it?

I thought this thread was going to be about how something broke on your Celica- I had to retire my Celica from AutoX duty for that reason.

Well guys, I've been thinking and I may verywell still run the celica next season for BSCC events and run the MR2 for SCCA/WWSCC events. Here's my reasoning. The MR2 is the perfect E Stock car... and when I say perfect I mean... PERFECT. Now BSCC however has far more lenient rules as far as modifications in stock classes (for example my Celica runs in Medium Sedan -yes I know it's a coupe- with RSXs ECT) so the MR2 is not really good for BSCC events. Also I'll be driving the occasional All-trac, MR2T, Scirocco, Corrado, RX-3, FD3S, FC3S, Miata, S2000, AE86, ECT. I know, I'm a car slut. :)

Also, i saw that car for sale on MR2OC, did you purchase it? Or are you just driving it for someone?

Driving it for someone. I'm the co-driver/driver/trainer for the MR2 owner who, I'm proud to say I convinced to sell her RSX in order to buy this car.
