I'm searching autotrader.ca and what comes up is this 1991 Celica. I don't know if the link will work, but here's the story.
IT'S a Mazda mx3 lol.
I just thought this was funny, I wonder if it will sell as a Toyota or if the dealer will realize it isn't a Toyota.

Didn't work for me, but that's uhh... well pretty gay to be honest with ya. Yet somehow I doubt the seller will realize it's not a yota. Some people are idiots like that. This one dude I know thinks he drives a Ford Cavalier.

no, GM makes the Cavalier here and slaps the Toyota emblem and then Toyota sells the Cavy as a Toyota something. Saw an article on that, I wish I could remember where.

GM and Toyota made some kind of deal. So GM made the cavy, with its GM motor, and Toyota agreed to sell it in Japan, but wanted their name on it. Thus we have a JDM RHD TOYOTA Cavalier

^The pontiac vibe and the Corolla Matrix are the exact same thing, just a few different body panels. Toyota motor, don't know which number though. That's from that deal too.

There are lots of cars like that.

GM is notorious for rebadging cars.

The entire Geo line was rebadged cars.
