oh yea while it was turboe i actualy got around the same gas mileage, i tried to not hit boost and drive a lil slower so so probably about 2-3 mpg less than that sutff if i drove the same

90 gts about 23 city 28-30 highway (stock expect for cai)

23-24 highway on the stock jdm swap. Hey 1sloceli why is your gas milage so good with a swap in the city? Oh yeah about 15-17 mpg on the other swap :-(

my st185... i should get at least 400 miles to the tank. mine is stock.

My 6th gen 5s is getting around 30 and I drive about 50/50 city/highway on a daily basis. The only thing that's done to it is I opened up the stock air box for better flow, and took off the silencer box, aka: Poor mans CAI. I would get better mileage if I ever take all the trash out of it. :hehe:

i get 28-30miles per gallon with my current mods. i can get more if i moded the timing a little. I strickly run high octane gas.

i get 15-17 mpg, but that all city driving and sitting at lights. i should try to get an ATS tune so that the ignition and fuel maps are cleaner. I run so rich at altitude its not even funny. my dyno graphs show my a/f ratio going off the grid (which bottoms at 10:1) at 3000 rpm and they never come back up.

09-25-2006, 01:12 AM
yea u def need to adjust that.

Virtually stock, here ('92 GT vert) ...I've gotten anywhere from 20 to 28 mpg, but my general all-around city/country road driving (little highway/freeway miles) is 24 - 26 (Ok, ummmm 25 ) mpg ....would expect to near 30 mpg on a long hwy trip with cruise control on...

10 in town.

15ish on the freeway

Chip, intake, exhaust

26 gallon tank :woot:

23-24 highway on the stock jdm swap. Hey 1sloceli why is your gas milage so good with a swap in the city? Oh yeah about 15-17 mpg on the other swap :-(

I'm not sure why but I think I have a chipped ECU as my fuel cut is at 18 psi with no FCD. I just filled up at 345 miles, put 12.3 gallons in so thats 28 mpg.

20-28mpg 330-360 miles per tank

custom ram air cai (yes ram air), cat back, ngk wires, gutted cat , good 22re exuast manifold

thats all that should effect milage

i need new injectors and a new tps sensor motor could stand a rebuild, although if i get approved for my cc limit increase to 2k im going to go get a 80k motor tommarrow for $250

278880 mile engine

using 20w50 castrol

23-24mpg, 57 trim modded ct26 with a ported turbine housing and wastegate, decatted, tuning via Mines Fuel Hacker. I romp on it constantly though, it manages about 25mpg when I just cruise on the freeway.

No mods, bog stock as far as i know. Just filled today got 13.3k/l (38mpg). Thats all city driving, avg speed probably around 38mph, running on 95ron fuel. Best ever achieved was
15k/l (42.75mpg) doing all country driving avg speed around 60mph.

20-28mpg 330-360 miles per tank

custom ram air cai (yes ram air), ....

Hows that working for ya?

OK, to stay on topic....Stock 95 GT M/T 450 miles on one tank, or about 31MPG. Not too bad. :wiggle:

im getting around 22-24 mpg on my 5s.
i have a fidanza lightweight flywheel(9 lbs), centerforce df clutch kit, k&n drop in filter, accel pug wires(not happy with those), and a custom 2.25 magnaflow header back exhaust. soon to add camry header

Bone stock GM 60 3.5L V6. 26-28 in regular driving 50/50 city/hwy. 30-32 when I go up north (all hwy). I also usually have a couple hundred pounds of work stuff in the back.
