nothing. it bolts right up. you just have to remove the extra stud that isint on our downpipes.

really? that simple? is it much better than the CT26? I need to buy a Turbo for this new 3SGTE i just got and I wanted something better than the CT26 but at $750 for a CT27/CT26 Bansai I dont think I will be getting anything other than a CT26.

ct27 is a rip off sorry. Its the truth. 850 dollars with a core / 1150 without a core. Thats way too much money when youll get the same performance from

but for the money a ct20b is worh it youll find them from 400-600 depending on where you get them from. Its basicly a 3rd gen 3sgte turbo from a st205 or a jdm mr2.

My initial reactions are it has a little bit of lag. Spools about 500 rpms later. It pulls alot harder at the same amount of boost 14psi. The really nice part is it keeps pulling beyond 6000 rpms... a ct26 usualy just drops power around that area. Its definately nice for something that needs no modification other than taking the exhaust stud out with vice grips.

so how much did you give for it?

Part of the problem with the CT26 is the exhaust.
If you have a good 3" [I had a 2.5" dp and it had WAY less area for the WG to vent through.] it helps flow quite a bit.
A Supra compressor helps too. :D

So is a CT20b a better replacement than say, a GT28RS?

At around how much HP does the CT20b start to die?
