:bigthumbu I went to the one in Chicago, it was amazing. When you go, go early if you have a nice car so you can park in the front and show off like everybody else. I swear the parking lot was almost as good as the show itself, but maybe thats just cuz I was in the city. The cars inside were friggan amazing! Too bad toyota was really underrepresented, It's mostly civic's, eclipse's and wrx's with a fair sprinkling of almost everything else you can think of. The thing that got me to stay a lot longer than the cars tho was the concert. idk who is playing at yours but Twista gave a concert at mine, so that was pretty badass. either way it should be a whole lot of fun!

No reason to go, then. Either you go for the models, or you just don't go.

I went to the HIN in Orlando.. about the best thing I got from the experience was a free drifting dvd. Too many Honda's for my taste. Not many high-performance cars, as oposed to show cars, or 'sound system' cars.

Ummmm, Theres also CARS there fool. plus a concert?
all that for what, $11?
If nothing else you can find a car you like and talk to the guy who owns it, you can make good connections that way. One of my friends acctually got a carbon fiber hood for his civic for a huge discout through one of the guys he met through HIN.

I suppose my HIN was a dud, then. ;<

There wasn't a single 5th gen Celica there, and it seemed centered on the models. I didn't realize there was a concert there?? (I guess we just didn't stay that long.)

Yes, some of the people there ARE cool, one of my freinds was there with his 240SX Chuki; RB26DETT, Molded Bodykit, internally stripped and configured for racing. He put more money into it than a sane person would have.

The concert at mines was good, the models were sexy

Nice cars, not very many hondas but a few, Lot of turbo'd monsters there.

Lots of people, We all enjoyed it a lot. Going next year.

I've been to several with a few teams, they are ALL about the models. The cars are almost completely secondary. I had to laugh because last show I went to I mortally insulted the owner of a completely riced out "rally" hyundai. I didn't realize the guy standing a few feet away was the owner and I loudly pointed out the fact that the "roll cage" wasn't welded at any point, nor was it even bolted down :laigh: He gave me a dirty look, then my friend Eric told me he was the owner  The model at the GM Ecotec booth last year in Sacramento was particularly hot though

We had way to much fun with the models. The cars were awesome! Yes many riced out hondas but i was there 90% to see the girls, 10% to see the cars, we watched some bikes showing off and some drifting 240's and the 86 that was drifting before we left was just insane. Chamillionaire, was there, heard him for the 1st time and hes got some good beats. All in all we had a blast, enjoy my pics.

If you want to know about the cars, there were no MR2's. none and that sucked. And only 1 MR-S. And no 6th gen or 5th gen celica's. But i did get to take pics of a few 86's wth 3sgte power. Almost all of our pics were of the models, but we also got a shot of every car that we liked. To top it off we got good video footage but thats for later.
Heres just a few pics-

We have about 140 pics total but i dont want to overload or piss anyone off so thats all you get for now.
:D :D :D
We got a pic with almost every model. f yeah!
