come on, dont diss the non-functional parts, the point of the outside of the car is to look sweet, the point of the INSIDE is to go fast

Do the floor boards fall out like in The Fast and Furious?

I can't believe I just saw the word "fast" in a thread with a Celica ST!!!

I still love ST's though:D

I still love that paintjob. I also didn't realize all of the custom work that had gone into it (the floorboards, the engine cover, etc...)

The hoodscoop still bothers me, but if you like it, that is all that matters, it is your car, and the fact that you painted that kick ass custom work makes up for it.

Although I would look like an idiot behind the wheel of your car, it is a beauty.

But as for the non-functional hood "scoop," it looks like a big, black mole on an otherwise beautiful woman's face.

I agree, need to paint the spoiler and get rid of the hood scoop :)

IMO, it's not as much that the scoop doesn't function as that it does not flow with the car. A moulded, open scoop that matched the curviness and blended into the hood would look just fine, even good, but that one looks like a miniature luggage carrier or something, it really does not do justice to an otherwise nice looking front end. It just screams that something is attached to the hood instead of the hood having that shape. You obviously have access to the tools and have the talent for the fabbing, so I'd love to see a well done hood on it. It'd be obvious to say get a GTfour hood, but the car is unique, so a custom done hood could really do it justice since you don't actually need the function of the gtfour hood.
