so the other day i was driving as usualy and park my car in the garage and pull out my key and this was what i saw

so the key broke inside the ignition... i took out the ignition tryna figure out how to get the key out

then i realize i have no idea how to fix this.... then i took it to a "local" mechanic and he charged me $150.00 to have the whole thing replaced.. once everything was done. He gave me a new key for the ignition. so now i basically have to have 2 keys for my car. one key for the ignition
only and one key for everything else. also now the a/c vent on the driver side is now not working... am i missing something here? :wtf:

there is an air duct that sends the air to the drivers side vent. your mechanic probably pulled it out to give himself more room to work on the ignition, and then didnt put it back in correctly.
