My Toyota hasn't leaked a drip :)

Seems like a good deal. You could pick up a JDM 3SGTE for $1200 with a new tranny from an Edmonton or Calgary tunershop if you wanted less of a hassle of repairing, should be easy enough to swap in a replacement engine :bigthumbu

Here is another one for sale up in Edmonton, bit more money but is verrry nice:

Well, I say at 4465 USD's (if he bites at 5000 CDN), it would be worth it to get the alltrac. None of the problems seem that bad if you're willing to get in there and do the fixes yourself.

check the oil pan gasket. if it's in the back of the motor, or you can't see where it's coming from, double check the valve cover gasket and the tightness of the valve cover bolts.

the 92-93 shifters are quite a bit shorter, too, in case that is bothering you. definitely check out the entire car and make sure everything is in order. the first one i had barely got me back to AZ from CA before it skipped some teeth on the timing belt. I'd have kept my 92 that i recently had, but i need more speed, so i'm going MR2. :D

looks good, though. :)

Seems in decent shape, the oil leak is probably just from the pan. I think the amount is a bit high though, 7500CAD is like 6500USD. If you got it for 5500CAD I would be really suprised but at the same time, it does have a decent amount of mileage on it. I would offer 5500CAD to start and go from there, but looks like a solid car. The clunk in the rear is probably suspension control arm bushings or sway bar bushings.

Good luck.

The young are sometimes dumb. You did end up pulling a ricksta. Be prepared to sink as much in mods and repairs unless you are keeping it bone stock.

7200$ is a little steep for an alltrac with alot of milage. Make sure you put that bitch on a lift to check for under carrige damage and also a carfax is a must. GL man!

TEAMFaint

That red alltrac is super clean, I've seen it when it was originally in Calgary.
There is practically no rust at all on it, and it only has 180,000 kms ish on it, which is next to nothing.

You guys need to realize how rare it is to find an alltrac in Canada..there are next to none in Alberta and it is verrrry hard to find one in good condition.

Glad you liked the red one Bits, no thanks required :lolhittin
