Can someone copy and past the DIY "tighten throttle cable" instrucitons for the 7th generation celicas in this thread?

I can find the instructions at newcelica.org but being here at work they blocked out their website and i cant view it. Im trying to get a print out of it so i can try that mod myself when i get home.

thanks

loosen the screw which holds the cable next to the TB and adjust the screws to when the pedal doesnt feel loose.

thats what i did, but my idle is never at the same rpms whenever i start up my car or come to a complete stop in neutral. Its either above 1k or below 1k. Never the same. Could it be because of the engine vibration it loosens the nut of the throttle cable?

how did you ppl keep the nuts in place? Did you use some kind of glue?

its not even suppose to come loose. even if ts hand tighten it wont come loose.

did you do it while the car was on? i did. unless if the cable was too long then youll prob have to custom the part that holds the cable towards the TB, which i doubt.
