Does anyone know what other toyota models use the same parts as my inoperatible 1992 Celica ST?? My gramps said we could make a cool ride out of the existing parts.

Thanks
Nick

Well, it would depend on what you are looking for.

There is no WAY anyone is going to list the entere thing.....

Mainly I think you are concerned with the engine.

You can take the 4AFE out of a Corolla or a Geo Prism. They will bolt right in as they are the same engine.

If you are interested in swapping and dealing with the wiring issues there are a whole plethora of engines that will fit.

I want to keep the old celica and use it for its parts for the next one I buy. My problem is, I can't seem to find very many used celicas that run under $2500. Soooo....I was wondering what other models would those parts be useful for.

Reallistically, the Corolla is gonna be your only other option. They share engine/tranny and possibly a couple of other small things related directly to the engine. Unless you're wanting to get a drifting corolla from the late 80's, your best bet is to get another Celica. Even then, the ST is your best option if u want to use parts. You can find ST's for under 2k, especially ones that need parts :).

Does anyone know if the Corolla shares any other parts with the ST?

Try to find a '90-'92 Geo Prizm GSi or a '84-'88 Chevy Nova, they both came with the 4AGE... Would make for a pretty awesome engine swap.
