They have manual adjusters. Get up under the bumper you will see them.

so when you do the manual adjustment that is where they are when your lights are off and when you turn them on do they go all the way up??? then back to sleepy when they are off???

dude you dont have to spend anything. this is the easiest way to do it.
1.turn your head lights on.
2.turn your head light back to the off position and i usually count like 1 2 then flip the light back on really quick if u time it just right it will stop the lights on there way back down. may take a few time for you to time it right but it will work. just keep doing that til you get the at the right angle that you want the lights. then when you want the to close back just turn the off and there back to normal. its free. ive been doing it for like 5 years now and it works everytime. and hasnt caused any problems with my lights.

yeah, the flippin the lights back on at the exact moment works. used to do that. people 'brighted' me all the time tho lol.

if you do it manually, when cranking them back up, take some of the pressue off the knob by gently lifting up on the headlight assy itself.. makes it easier.
