Ok, i'm going to the local track in a couple hours, still haven't decided if i'm going to run or not. (Tuesday Night Street Legal)

If i DO run, what should i expect? I see that the 6th gens are supposed to run mid to low 16s stock.

I have a coupe, and 5-speed.

A better question is if you can stay awake the whole time.

Well.. there WAS slower out there tonite, surprisingly. The track wasn't prepped at all, and my 60' was pretty atrocious, but i think i could knock off another 0.3 off of this.

Run #1:
60' ... 2.449
330 ... 7.387
1/8 ... 11.327
MPH ... 63.49
1000 ... 14.618
1/4 ... 17.388
MPH ... 82.12

Bogged on the launch, and missed second.

Run #2
60' ... 2.426
330 ... 6.953
1/8 ... 10.731
MPH ... 65.68
1000 ... 13.947
1/4 ... 16.682
MPH ... 81.90

Run #3
60' ... 2.445
330' ... 6.941
1/8 ... 10.723
MPH ... 65.68
1000 ... 13.951
1/4 ... 16.686
MPH ... 82.98

Run #4
60' ... 2.400
330 ... 6.884
1/8 ... 10.659
MPH ... 65.57
1000 ... 13.887
1/4 ... 16.635
MPH ... 81.39

Sooo... I guess that's not too bad for an unprepped track and all season tires. i'm having a hard time figuring out the optimal shift point from 3rd to 4th. I feel like i may be hanging on to 3rd for too long, because when i shift into 4th, it's accelerating much harder than it was in 3rd before i shift.

I was mainly going for consistency's sake, and i think i found that between runs 2-4. :)

The highlight of the night? This picture.

Possibly one of the cleanest, most awesome looking AllTracs i've ever seen in person. My other full pics of it didn't come out too well, sadly...
