so ive put off my suspension project due to not having bumpstops and enough time to do so

lowers bumpstops i had found for the rear was 12.99 and 18.99 for the front. So tonight at autozone in the lil oem replacement parts section i saw some that came with endlink bushings, they were only 4.99 so i got em. They are alot thicker than oem but the hole is slightly to small.

so i got to trim the hole to make it a lil bigger, what tool would be a good choice to enlarge the hole ?
