well its his fault for not enjoying this beautiful machine when he had it. what kind of bugs me is when rich people go and buy a diablo or anything along those lines and call it an "investment" and dont drive the bitch but 3 times....your rich who the fuck cares if you gained a ten thousand dollar profit off of it 4 years from now. enjoy the car damnit!!

Dear Skippy,

Just because a thread is not active does not mean it can stay in a wrong forum. Try posting car related stuff in Gen Discussion next time.

Not to mention there is an eBay section in B&S that it should be in.

^but he wanted to discuss it. B&S is not a place to discuss something like this. If he wanted to let people know it was available or it was his car up on Ebay, then it would go to the Ebay forum.

It's not 60g because of its horsepower, it's 60g because it has less than 12k miles. You can bet that if supras with 100k miles sell easily for 30k, one in perfect condition with very low miles could reach their original price. It's the same with most things, a 10k mile 93-95 MR2 sold several months back for like 20k, bone stock.

I think that looking at that car just gave me an erection...though I don't know if I'd buy it if I could afford it. I'd sooner buy one with a bit more miles for about half the price though (it's still a toyota, so it'll still last 200,000+ miles!! so who cares if it has like 90K?)

miles are miles....you get so many miles just have some work done and like new!!!!!!!! id rather buy a 30,000 dollar supra with 100k on it then one with 14...im just going to run up the miles anyways whats the point? im no investor who plans on letting a fine piece of art sit in my garage for ten years

Qft!

what does QFT mean? alotta people here use it alot and i always wondered what it meant. I also see both sides bout the miles thing.

If it was driven at least once a week or so, low mileage is great. If it sits for ten years, the low mileage is misleading. Driven at least a little bit regularly and very low mileage is still going to be far better than high mileage. Toyotas are great and a 200k car can be in better shape than a 90k one, but given equal treatment and conditions, a 10k car is going to have more life left in it with less money put into it than a 100k car, Toyota or not. Being a toyota doesn't change that, it just raises the mileage threshold at which you'll typically see the normal mileage related issues.

QFT= Quoted For Truth

You use it when you agree with someone, and want to let it be known, but don't necessarily have a new point of view to add. It is the same as saying, "I agree."

Except ricksta used it wrong. You need to quote something to use the QFT abbreviation.

For example:

wiggers suck
QFT
