I don't know if this is the correct area to post this, but I don't really think it matters because this is a SICK CAR. This is my friends car, it is a 1972 McLaren, # 8 of 10 (I believe) Mr. McLaren himself died in #9 (I believe), it has been a while since he told me the story but I believe the facts are true, check them out yourself.
The car only has 130 miles on it :wtf: you're thinking 130k miles....... :slap: NO! I said 130 original miles on it.
he was offered $500k for it, but he felt the price will continue to go up...why would you sell a car like that anyway!! The car has 600hp.
enjoy the pictures

hmmm that one looks a little wierd, ive seen one in person, is that an m8F or an M8E?
yes its a chevy v-8 BIG block, 8360 cc's behatch...lol has something liike 750 crank Hp and weighs about the same as a lotus elise

like i said tho that one looks weird
btw there are 12 m8e's made and 15 m8f's made, so a total of 27, but like i said ive seen an m8e and an m8f in person and yours looks weird, i think that looks like a kit car

FYI your friend should have taken that, m8es are wroth about $175,000 and m8f's are worth about $200,000

I reckon it could be a kit job aswell. If you g00gle 1972 Mclaren, you don't pull up anything that looks like that.

still phat-as tho! but it handles like it were on rails.

Like I said, I really don't know it has been a while since I talked to him, and maybe he was exaggerating. Maybe it is a kit car??? I just don't know.....either way the car is SICK. lol
