Nice car, nice pics Sean. PS or other photo editting programs can remove the noise and adjust the color. What camera are you using?

Thanks gary, its a couple year old Olympus I think.

Night shots seem impossible with it though, i have to hold still forever, which ruins the pictures. Im trying to gather some funds for a pricey Canon Rebel pretty soon here.

Though, I did forget the my camera has a "night" mode, I wonder what effect that would've had on it?

HAHA Its the only way to do it, (the corner lights)! I think it looks to blank if you dont plug in that light. :)

Try using a tripod.
If possible, set camera to "aperture priority" mode
Set the camera to lowest aperture number possible
Use timer and let's camera take the photo by itself.
Do not use flash.

Most of the times, high-end non-SLR digital camera will do wonder.
Digital SLRs are nice but you will need to spend $$$ on a good set of lens.
Without good lens, they are nothing.
No single lens can captures nice picture in every situation.
