Haha no bud, you definately got a ways to go. I've seen multiple 5th gens over 300,000 and Im 100% positive Sean here on the boards has more miles than that on his celi. These 5SFE's are bulletproof, I can gaurentee there is one floating around somewhere on the world close to half a million.

I say just toyotas in general, my dad has clicked over 440K on his 98 4runner and it has had zero downtime. Not sure if i would ever buy anything else.

That's a lot for any car. But very good. There was a 95 Camry on Ebay that was sold through a dealer...it had 512k on it! They had signs that said high milage like it was something to be proud of. It was in great shape though.

I'm only at 170k. :(

The first owner had it from 1993 to 1998, and put a total of 7k on it, so i'm trying to make up for lost time. :)

I have 135k KM on my 5sfe.

My Dad has 412k KM on his 95 Camry V6.
Just changed rear rotors at 400k
timing belt twice, cv boot, new downpipe (when went over a curb).
Lets see and that's it for that many miles...Makes it hard to buy any other vehicle.

Oh wait but lets see my gf's stepdad had a 06 pontiac (suv shitty thing) on lease.....after one week! ONE WEEK! he was on the highway and he rolled down window, 3" down and it dropped into the door.

-15 degrees C outside...hahahaah americans

i bought mine with 83K Oct of '04. I'm rolling over 142K this weekend. i should probably do the timing belt. And lately it sounds like there's a whale (higher pitch smooth noise) in the top of my engine. Going to pull her apart sometime soon to get the timing done, might dig a smidge deeper to find out what that noise is.

My 93 AllTrac had 192,xxx on engine and body before I ripped it apart.

The body is still in AMAZING shape, and the only thing wrong with the engine was a minor exhaust leak and the valve cover leaked due to some shitty dealer-installed screws. Yes... screws.

My 91 has 194,xxx, and the last 100,000 came in the last 4 years. She was babied for the first 11 years by my wife, and then pressed into real service to carry my ass to work and back each day (110 miles).

My neighbor's 92 GT-S had 350,000 he finally sold it and got a new Highlander and immediately regretted it.

Only gots 161,000+ on my '92 GT convertible.......good to know 5th gens hold up (....as expected  - this makes my 4th Toyota, second Celica....had a '75 ST as my first new car...r.i.p. ). I had to laugh when I bought the GT - my wife was concerned with the "high mileage" on the vehicle...LOL - it's a 14 + year old car, mileage ain't all that high in perspective .... it replaced a '95 Olds 88 with nearly the same mileage that was totaled in a minor fender bender (air bag was not even deployed....just bumper/fender damage...pos !!!). Am looking fwd to keeping this ride for quite some time (my 13 yr old daughter is looking fwd to learning to drive in it...YIKES  )....engine and tranny are sound, possibly needs some front/rear-end attention but is minor as of yet.... am thinking bushings, perhaps, as a prelim guesstimate - bearings seem fine and isn't typical "blown cv joint" sound.
But, anyways.....cool to see high mileage 5th gens !!!!!!! I'm keeping this badboy until either parts or gas become absolutely unreasonable in price....and gas is less of a factor, as I live 5 miles from my workplace and can ride my bike to work (do it occasionally now). I DO miss my '75, though......it was "different" ( It was red red with a black vinyl roof, one of perhaps a handful of vinyl roofed Japanese vehicles of ANY brand I've ever seen......hate vinyl roofs, but it looked ok on it. I think that car had around 171,000 on it when someone ran into me and totalled it....bassturds !!!

a mere 276k here. BUT, the engine only has about 90k in it. Everything else is falling apart. I got'er 2 yrs ago with 219k on'er. I've done some hella drivin in 2 years... Not to worry, soon, I wont be drivin as much :).

Say, what about a 300k club? That's worth braggin about.

I do (161,000+ ) , although not on a daily basis .... am currently running it with the ECT in "granny" mode and drivin' moderately, tryin' to stretch these gas $$$s.
