what is a 3VZ-FWD i jus saw it for sale? how big of a motor is it? hp/torque curve? what dose it come out of? will it fit in my 5th gen?

They must be referring to a front wheel drive variant of the 3vzfe motor that came in the 92-93 Camry V6. It's a 3.0L V6 rated at about 190hp and 190lb/ft (or there abouts, can't remember exact ratings). Yes you could put it in your 5th gen, but why would you want to? If you want a fairly cheap and easy performance swap, go for the 3sgte 2.0L Tubro Four. If you want the everyday torque and drivability (not to mention exclusivity) of a V6, go for the 1mzfe used in the 94+ Camry V6.

I had a 3vzfe Camry that blew it's motor at only 88,000 miles and I've heard lots of other bad things about it. The 1mzfe seems an all around better motor, even if its power is rated slightly lower. Plus there's the TRD Supercharger option for it.
