Are 4th gen GT and GTS steering knuckles the same? It seems they are, just the axle hubs are different, 4-lug vs. 5-lug. The reason I'm asking is that my '88 GT had the alignment bushings and the '88 GTS hubs I just put on don't have the bushings. I had planned on having the GTS knuckles machined to use the bushings, but it would be cheaper to use the GT knuckles if they are the same. I like having the alignment bushings.

You're talking about the camber adjusting cam, right?
If so, it depends on when they were manufactured.
The 86-87's and some 88's had the cam, but it was eliminated on the 89's.
I suspect the early 88's had them, while the later ones did not.
I have an 88 without the cam but have seen it on other 88's.

I just looked up the knuckle and the only difference is Non-Abs or ABS.

86-89 43212-20061 No abs (LH knuckle part number used for example)
88-89 43212-20071 ABS (LH knuckle part number used for example)

Does this clear anything up for you?
