Just kinda curious, as Im just about at 137,000 miles on my original 1993 cap, rotor, wires and plugs, if anyone else can claim the same.

Ive been thinking about replacing everything, but the car runs so damn good I dont wanna ruin my luck...... besides its kinda become a challenge to see how long it will run

Bought my car back in 2002 with the original wires (1992 stamped on).

P.S. The car had some 112.000 Km on it

As a rule of thumb, I replace my cap/rotor/wires/ about once every other year. I have boost though, when your ignition messes up under boost, its alot more profound than it would be on an NA car. Spark blowout is a bitch under boost. It feels horrible.

yeah, I replace the cap and rotors in my truck about every 3 - 6 Months, and the wires once a year. I run 15 - 22 PSI depending on my mood :D
