View Full Version : Minor Clutch Issue

I had a problem with my clutch randomly engaging earlier. I replaced the master and slave cylinders and it works nicely now. There is one little problem though. When I rev my motor into the higher range (4-6k rpm) with the clutch pedal to the floor it the clutch ends up bumping the flywheel. I actually feel the car slightly pull forward (if in a forward gear). I'm just wondering if I didn't bleed it enough when i replaced everything OR if there's an adjustment that I can make without yanking things apart.

There is an adjustment where the master cylinder meets the clutch pedal. Sort of a screw with a slidey slot. Just look up in the foot well, it's up in there, fairly simple and should make sense after you look at it. It's a pain to adjust if you have large hands tho. I'd recommend a socket set and a very short ratchet.

Edit: fixed stupid mistake
